When we launched in 2005 as Betasoft, we designed, deployed and supported secure print management solutions for organisations of all sizes - from housing associations to banks and universities. But technology moved on, and so did we.

By 2015, we turned our attention to Microsoft 365. We saw organisations struggling to manage client files and projects in SharePoint. The custom builds were slow, expensive and frustrating.

So we created something better.      

SharePortals was born as a configurable, user-friendly platform that turns Microsoft 365 into a digital filing cabinet for all client work.

Today, SharePortals helps small and mid-sized businesses simplify workflows, secure their data, and empower their teams - without the headaches of complex systems.
